Just as the EU eliminated the chaos of multiple charging standards, we believe a similar systemic shift is required to address paper consumption. If the EU Parliament were to mandate a transition toward digital-first, persistent physical-to-digital (P2D) identifiers, we could reduce daily paper waste by 10-20% immediately.
